Zoinks! Mercury Rev, I nearly forgot about them. Your mention just sent me back in time. My record's been voluntarily skipping on Eluvium tracks. And I just noticed I've been narrowing my scope. It's time for a music revival.

Unfortunately that is exactly the sort of thing I contemplate [obviously no flossing is involved, do you think the-big-book-of-british-smiles comes from obsessive dental hygiene !?]. But rest assured that's not all I contemplate, right now, for example, I'm contemplating the sheer majesty of 'Chasing a Bee (inside a car)' by Mercury Rev...

Can
not
compute.

"Recently I’ve been considering the commonalities between the foundations of computer science and the philosophy of language."
--Is this the sort of stuff you contemplate whilst flossing? My brain's overheating just from reading this entry. Or maybe I failed to have my weetabix this morning.

Linguistics needs a new revolution. Chomsky's got to pass the baton sometime. Are you gonna take it?

Aside from my nonsense, I found this project good. Rather, the thought behind it; I like how you express that part of the process as opposed to artists who create open-ended pieces, sans explanation, that are left for the viewer to interpret. Interpreting is fun and all, but some people, like me, appreciate a bit of direction.

(Congratulations and good luck! with the Brighton festival)
